1. General introduction

Switchgear XGNS2-40.5 includes a series of expandable SF6-insulated metal-cald switchgear at voltage rating of 40.5kV. All live parts of primary high-voltage circuit are wholly enclosed in a welded cabinet of 3mm-thickness stainless steel sheets, which gives a small volume. The switchgear is not subject to the influence of surrounding conditions so that it guarantees the safe and reliable running and zero maintenance. It can be integrated as module by using plug-in expansion busbar. Meet requirements of end users or network nodes and satisfy various demands.

 

2. Purpose

This product is suitable in power plant, transformer substation and box type power station, etc.
It regards as controls, accept and distribute of electric energy which the power system of three-phase indoor AC single bus or double bus in 50/60Hz rated frequency, 40.5kV rated voltage.

4. Structure features
C-GIS whole is modular assembly type structure, integrated machine of typical plan is composed by six independent separated room, namely busbar and three-position disconnector compartment, circuit breaker room, cable room, mechanism room, the up and down instrument room, which are easy to assemble. The high voltage partial gas box uses the mechanical hands automatic welding by the 3mm thick stainless steel plate after the numerical control machine tool processing, with small welding deformation and good air-tightness. The low voltage compartment is made by the high quality cold steel rolling that is bended by the numerical control machine tool, to weld, also use zinc steel plate coated with aluminum that is machined by the numerical control machine tool, then connected by high strength fastener. Each gas box has independent gas leakage equipment to guarantee safeguard personal safety and equipment movement.
