1. Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, structure and specifications, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging, transportation, and storage requirements of the ZW32-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker, as well as the marking requirements on the technical documents.
This technical specification is applicable to the purchase, inspection and use of ZW32-40.5-1250/25 type high voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker.
2. Type
The circuit breaker is a single-break pillar type, three-pole arrangement, and the pole is made of outdoor epoxy resin and silicone rubber.
3. Technical parameters
3.1 Ambient conditions:
a) Altitude: no more than 2000m
b) Ambient temperature: -40ºC~+45ºC
c) Wind speed: no more than 34m/s (equivalent to 700Pa on the cylindrical surface)
d) Air pollution degree: not more than e-level;
e) Monthly average relative humidity: not more than 90%
f) Installation environment: no fire, explosion, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

5. Appearance and logo design requirements
5.1 Shell
The beam and mechanism box are made of stainless steel, without obvious scratches and bumps, so as not to affect the anti-corrosion performance;
5.2 Phase column
The silicone rubber on the outer layer of the phase column has no bumps and scratches, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The color of the external silicone rubber is gray, and the color code is RAL7004;
5.3 Opening and closing status indicator
The "opening" and "closing" indicators cooperate with the pointer to indicate the opening and closing status.
The fonts of "opening" and "close" are bold, the height is 40mm, the font color is white, and the color code is RAL9003; the background color of the "opening" indicator is green, and the color code is RAL6029; the "close" indicator The background color is red, and the color code is RAL3020.
5.4 Energy storage status indicator
The "unstored energy" and "stored energy" indicators cooperate with the pointer to indicate the state of energy storage.
The fonts of "unstorage" and "storage" are bold, the font height is 16mm, the font color is white, and the color code is RAL9003; the background color of the side of "non-storage" is green, and the color code is RAL6029; "stored" The background color on the side of "neng" is red, and the color code is RAL3020.
5.5 Design and structure requirements
a) The circuit breaker should be able to be installed, operated, inspected and maintained safely;
b) After the circuit breaker is assembled and adjusted, the mechanical parameters and mechanical characteristics should meet the requirements of Table 7;
c) The circuit breaker shell should have a grounding screw with a diameter of not less than 12mm, and the screw must have anti-corrosion measures, the contact surface of the grounding place should be smooth and clean, and there should be an obvious grounding symbol near the grounding screw hole;
d) There should be an easy-to-observe sign on the circuit breaker to indicate the opening and closing status of the circuit breaker;
e) The circuit breaker can be attached with a current transformer for measurement and protection, and the current transformer should meet the requirements of the relevant technical clauses of the GB 20840.2-2014 standard;
f) Product protection level: IP55;
g) The spring operating mechanism has two modes of electric energy storage and manual energy storage, with obvious indications reflecting the position of energy storage;
h) The energy storage motor of the spring operating mechanism can store energy smoothly at 85%~110% of the rated voltage;
i) The mechanism interlocking device can ensure that the mechanism can no longer be closed when the mechanism is in the closing energy storage position, and the closing half axis can be flexibly reset.
