The VBD-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers produced by our company are widely used in indoor armored air-insulated switchgears, complying with GB 1984, DL / T 402, GB 311.1, GB 3309, GB / T 11022, GB / T 16927.1, IEC 62271-100 and other standards. Under normal use conditions, as long as it is within the technical parameters of the circuit breaker, it can ensure safe and reliable operation in the power grid of the corresponding voltage level.
VBD-12 vacuum circuit breaker has excellent performance in the occasion of frequent operation or breaking short-circuit current. The circuit breaker fully meets the requirements of automatic reclosing and has extremely high operational reliability and service life.
It can be installed in KYN58, KYN28 and other armored middle cabinets.
Normal use conditions
1.The ambient temperature is not higher than + 40 ºC and not lower than -25 ºC (allow storage and transportation at -30 ºC)
2.Humidity: the average daily relative humidity is not more than 95%, and the saturated water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2kPa. The monthly average air relative humidity is not more than 90%, and the saturated water vapor pressure is not more than 1.8kPa
3.Altitude above sea level: no more than 1000m
4.Earthquake: Earthquake resistance: 0.2g horizontal ground acceleration; 0.1g vertical acceleration simultaneously. Resonance, sine, and beat wave test methods; 5 vibrations, 5 waves each, 2s interval, safety factor is not less than 1.67

ZN85-40.5 series indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for power system with rated voltage 40.5kV and three-phase AC 50 / 60Hz. The operating mechanism adopts a spring mechanism specially designed for this new type of circuit breaker, with high reliability and long service life; composite insulation is used to meet the insulation requirements under normal operating conditions; the circuit breaker handcart uses a screw nut propulsion mechanism device with a There is an overrunning clutch, which can easily move the handcart in the switch cabinet, so that the stroke range of the handcart is accurate and reliable; it is equipped with a forced mechanical lock to meet the requirements of the switchgear "five anti-interlocking" interlocking function. Features:
1. Light and reliable operation: Combined with the advantages of the 40.5kV voltage level circuit breaker handcart propulsion mechanism at home and abroad, a flexible and reliable propulsion interlocking mechanism with optimized design, equipped with electrical and mechanical dual-channel anti-misoperation devices, is portable, safe and reliable.
2. High rated current: new large-capacity vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is selected, and advanced equipment is used to control the quality and thickness of the silver plating of the conductive loop to ensure a low main loop resistance and the maximum rated current of 2500A.
3. Strong corrosion resistance: The internal parts of the operating mechanism adopt advanced surface treatment technology to make the parts have stronger corrosion resistance and higher mechanical stability.
4. Complete cabinet distribution scheme: it can be equipped with standard KYN61 switchgear (1400mm wide) or small KYN61A switchgear (1200mm wide); high prototype can be equipped with 1600mm or 1680mm cabinet
5. High interchangeability: the use of advanced assembly tooling and cabinet inspection tooling to ensure that the circuit breaker has good consistency and cabinet interchangeability.
Applying ambient conditions
1. Ambient temperature: Max. Temperature: +40ºC, and average temperature daily should be no more than 35ºC. Min. Temperature: -15ºC.
2. Relative humidity: average relative humidity daily: ≤95%, average relative humidity monthly: ≤90%, average vapour pressure daily: ≤2.2kPa, average vapour pressure monthly: ≤1.8kPa
3. Altitude above sea level: no more than 2000m;
4. Earthquake intensity: not exceed 8 degrees.
5. It should be installed in condition without obvious dust, fire, chemical erosion, vapor and salt spray.
