Product Description

The performance of JN15A-12 series indoor high-voltage AC grounding switch meets the requirements of GB1985 "High-voltage AC isolating switch and grounding switch" and IEC60129. It is suitable for power systems with rated voltage of 12kV and rated frequency of AC 50Hz. It can be matched with various types of high-voltage switchgear as grounding protection, and can also be used as grounding during maintenance of high-voltage electrical equipment.

Structure 
The earthing switch is a split type grounding switch. It consists of a base frame, static contacts, dynamic contacts, spindle, quick spring and other components. The grounding static contact is screwed to the conductor with an insulated base frame (such as a column insulator or current transformer, etc.).

Earthing switch on the three pairs of dynamic contact knife mounted on the spindle, can be freely rotated through the spindle, and through the short connection casing mutual conduction, through two fixed in the short connection casing end of the copper soft connection grounding. The spindle mounted on the bracket and the splitting spring are used to transfer the force in the process of splitting and closing. During closing operation, the operating mechanism drives the turning arm of the grounding switch through the connecting rod, and the turning arm then drives the spindle and the manipulating plate to turn in the closing direction, compressing the spring to make it store energy, and when the spindle turns 90ºC the energy storage of the spring ends and passes the midpoint, the spring releases energy to make the grounding switch close quickly, and in the closing position, the dynamic contact knife makes firm and reliable contact with the flange of the static contact (static knife mouth) through the disc-type spring. When the switch is operated, the operating mechanism drives the arm of the grounding switch to rotate along the direction of breaking through the connecting rod, and when the arm drives the spindle and the manipulating plate to rotate, the spring compression energy storage ends, and through the midpoint, the spring releases energy and makes the grounding switch break.

 
Feature:
The earthing switch has advanced design, simple and compact structure, light weight, flexible operation, easy installation and debugging, reliable technical performance, good dynamic and thermal stability, strong closing capacity, and is an ideal replacement for the old type grounding switch.

The earthing switch is equipped with two types of transmission, namely, inflection arm and bevel gear, and can be operated from left to right.

The earthing switch can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at an angle, and the user can decide according to the technical requirements of the site construction.

Conditions of use
1.Altitude not more than 1000m.
2. Ambient temperature not higher than +40ºC, not lower than -10ºC.
3. Relative humidity is not more than 95% on average per day and not more than 90% on average per month.
4. The seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.
5. The installation site cannot have gas, steam, chemical precipitation, smoke, dust and dirt that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of the grounding switch, as well as its explosive erosion substances.
6. The installation site must not have frequent and violent vibration.
