The remote control SF6 gas density controller is a kind of mechanical-electrical integration meter, used for monitoring SF6 gas density of high voltage switchgear (such as high voltage vacuum circtuit breaker, transformer, totally enclosed combined electric equipment and insulated switchgear). The meter consists of mechanical density controller and smart density transmitter. It especially spllies to remote monitor of SF6 gas specification in smart grid system.
Brief Introduction
MSK-20A remote transmitting analogue type SF6 gas density controller is mainly used in SF6 high voltage and low voltage electrical equipments , such as high voltage circuit breaker , mutual inductor , gas insulated switchgear etc, and for monitoring density of SF6 gas density which is as insulating medium , arc-extinguishing medium .
MSK-20A remote transmitting analogue type SF6 gas density controller consists of MS-20A type SF6 density transmitter and YX-100SF6 density monitor .The system is the most advanced mechanical & electrical integrated instrument . The output is 4~20mA signal, which features is much better than the traditional complex testing program by changing curve of pressure value and temp. change . The displayed pressure in temp. range is the pressure (pressure) value at 20 ºC room temp. The system also can be used with single -way valve .After the monitor is dismantled ,single way valve will auto-off ,thus system will prevent gas leaking .

1 Transmitter has been calibrated and compensated according to user's requirement before leaving factory, so don't adjust during operating .Please preheat for half an hour before operating and checking .
2 It's recommended to use analogue power for transmitter .
3 Must install rain cover if transmitter is used in outdoor .
4 Please specify transmitter's type, rated pressure (charge pressure ) ,
installing type when ordering .
